The Rhino steals a lot of gold from a truck. The Rhino is melting the gold to make a statue of himself, but doesn't have enough gold. He steals more and makes a statue. Policemen find Spider-Man and suspect he is responsible for the gold robbery, but he escapes. The Rhino is webbed up by Spider-Man in the Sewer and with his statue is given to the authorities.
