Peter goes underground again, seeing the same scenery as in Menace from the Bottom of the World. The building he is on is taken underground by the Mole-Men, who want to eliminate him before they invade the world. This time he meets a race of dwarves underground, and the leader appears to be a genuine Moleman. Spider-Man forces him to order the buildings to be returned. The leader then accidentally destroys his machinery when firing at Spider-Man.
